Net hotel buiten centrum. Op loopafstand ook wat terrasjes en restaurants. Maar wel taxi nodig om naar centrum te komen. Maar dat weet je vooraf natuurlijk.

Me and my daughter had a 4 night stay here recently and I was very impressed. Sometimes you look at images of hotels and they don’t live up to expectations in real life, however this far exceeded them. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed, the rooms were clean and modern. My main wants from a hotel is a comfy bed, a decent powerful shower and good air conditioning, and this rocked all those boxes. The bed was more comfy than my one at home! The AC could be a little more powerful, but it does do the job. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and the choice was very good, but as we are not big breakfast eaters we didn’t pay for it everyday. The other factors I based my decision to stay here on was proximity to a metro station and beach - the metro station Llacuna is about 6-7 min walk at most, and the beach within 15. The area is more suburban and not as nice as the city but it feels safe and there are shops and supermarkets around. The rooftop terrace and pool is a stand out feature - I was blown away by this. At night the bar and terrace is so lovely with great views over the city, including the Sagrada Familia, which I could actually see from our bedroom window. The pool is lovely, with uninterrupted views out over the sea. We will be returning to Barcelona as it’s our favourite city, and I’d love to stay here again, for the price it’s exceptional.

Cannot fault our stay at Hotel Acta Vortaport between 16-20th July. Initially we were unsure whether it would fit all of my mothers mobility needs - but the hotel has multiple lifts, walk in showers in the rooms and a service lift meaning she could easily get up to the terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in each encounter and we cannot thank them enough! The rooms were slightly on the small side but very clean. The breakfast was excellent, always well stocked and a lot of choice! Really would recommend!!!

**Exceptional Stay Near Barceloneta Beach!** My recent stay at this hotel in Barcelona was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel's prime location, close to Barceloneta Beach, made it easy to enjoy the beach and explore major attractions like La Sagrada Familia and La Rambla. Despite being central, the hotel was a peaceful retreat. Top-notch amenities included a well-equipped fitness center and a stunning rooftop pool with panoramic city views. The service was exceptional, making our stay perfect. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Loved the room, the breakfast, the rooftop pool with it's amazing views and it's location - look forward to my next visit. If there were any improvements it would be the lift availability - one was always locked and the others were usually full when they arrived. Also it is right by the beach so somewhere where you could hang wet towels and swimwear would have made it even more perfect. Highly recommended
