I did not like that the rooms, upstairs and downstairs were very warm when we got to our room. I was not able to drop the temp at all that first day. There is no A/C and the thermostat does not show what the temp is! We asked to have another sheet and a blanket because the quilt would be too warm for sleeping. A second sheet was delivered with a second quilt! My wife pulled the quilt out of the duvet and that worked for us. We let the front desk know about the temperature of the room and it was marginally better after. I found it quite difficult to use the elevator and where to swipe the card for security. If I'm on a floor with rooms, my room, I can't understand why I need to use my room key card to just get on an elevator! For the room, I didn't feel it was very comfortable. The lounge couches were not very comfortable. I would have preferred a nice comfortable chair. The stairs to the sleeping area was too steep. It probably would not make it past code in the US. All in all, I asked if the room we had has a one floor equivalent and was told there is. Breakfast was very good and staff wonderful! I would stay at this Hyatt again if the temp could be better controlled.
