Good not great. Receptionist said we would get an upgrade as part of rewards programme, waited an hour for the room under the impression of an upgrade, which turned out to the be same room as booked. Also ‘free minibar’ was water and pineapple juice, so generous. Finally no soundproofing so you can hear everything going on around which was made worse by the fact that we were by lifts.
For positives, cleaners did well to maintain room, entrance is very beautiful, they sent up an iron for us (though it wouldn’t hold water and leaked), the hotel is relatively good value for money, great location.
