「Einfaches und sauberes freundliches hotel」

「We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

「No elevator. Breakfast is at the restaurant with less than 10 choices to choose from. 」

「It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors. 」

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」
