"nosotros reservamos 3 habitaciones y el momento que llegamos nos dijo la persona del lobby que si estaban disponibles 3 habitaciones pero que solo dispone de una limpia y las otras dos están sucias así que cancelemos la reserva pero la política de reserva era sin devolución si le hubiera hecho caso ..."
