「The site is beautiful but the level of service is very low. We learnt only a few days before checking in that we could not stay 3 nights but only 2 although we had made a reservation through Expedia several weeks before... We were also very disappointed that horse riding was almost not possible, and that the swimming pool was available only a few hours a day. The same dinner was served two days in a row. 「I extended my trip to the Bighorns by a day and booked here. Had a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again! The only downside for me was that my pet friendly unit had an inside and outside door, and the outside door was damaged and hadn't been repaired. Would still recommend staying here! 」

「This property was very convenient for town and was large and comfortable. Parking could be a little tricky but there was a large gravel car park at the rear. There was no check in as no staff are on the premises but the keyless entry was explained and was trouble free. A very comfortable stay」

「Hotel is ready for a face lift. Pretty clean just needs some paint and stuff. Probably my biggest issue was lack of housekeeping. Was there 3 nights after 1st night had one bed made and clean towels. Nothing after that 」
