「We knew we had booked an economy room at a very reasonable rate, and our stay lived up to expectations. The room was small but very clean and management was very friendly and helpful. 「this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. 」

「The suite was very clean and spacious. Only issue I had was hearing someone walking loudly on floor above. Just a loud walker and quite active throughout our stay. Maybe just letting others know to be aware that many people are occupying the space and to be considerate. Otherwise, very good place to stay and I would definately stay here again. 」

「The location is great if you want to be in or near Ballard. The house is impeccable, and nicely furnished. It's very close to the bus line and a well-traveled street, but parking is usually available in front of the house. 」
