「The house is at great location (corner to grocery and restaurants) and with privacy, while the place is clean & tidy. My only reminder is to be aware of the additional charges before reservation. It is not noted anywhere but one small line at the policy.」

「this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. 」

「Great experience, if there would be something less positive about it, it would probably be the noise between the rooms and sound from the main road. However, we had a lovely stay, good sleep and it was a good price. Parking might be harder to find during busy hours, but nothing more than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!」

「Great location. Space is clean and simple, kitchen had all the utensils we needed to have dinner at home. Parking is a bit tricky but we unloaded and then found parking a couple blocks away. We’d definitely stay here again, love the neighborhood.」

「Great stay but DO NOT PARK IN THE STREETS! Horrible parking because a drunk driver plowed through and took out almost 5 cars including ours. Great location though but would not come back due to the parking area. Super stressful. 」

「generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.」

「As long as you are ok with the shared bath situation, this little sister of Hotel Ballard is a great deal. Ideally located, very comfortable beds, and way quieter than we expected given the busy and vibrant neighborhood. Staff was great as well. 」
