Overall a nice hotel with lovely team members, can't fault them one bit, but, £30 per night per dog to stay at this hotel and to be told we cannot eat in the restaurant as the dog cant go on carpetted areas, as well having to provide our own dog bedding and towels is not what we were expecting. The dog wasn't even allowed to be showered if he got dirty, but we could be charged for cleanliness issues in the waiver we signed. We were given £3-4 worth of treats poo bags and toys on arrival, however, the provisions for pets were very limited and although the staff were friendly, the overall policy and cost meant we didn't feel comfortable with our dog there.
The food was nice but overpriced in our opinion.
