"We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. Walking from downtown to the apartments take around 5 to 10 minutes, it is uphill but easily manageable. Breakfast is good but not excellent. We had to leave early on out last...

"Checked in a little earlier and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Breakfast ends at around noon and check out time can be extended if needed. Breakfast was amazing and extra points for them being so flexible. The room was clean, comfortable and big! Would come back again."

Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. "Absolutely amazing. We loved this hotel, so clean, in a good location. 100% best communication with the hotel regarding packing and self check in as we arrived after 10pm. We just love little qaint hotels. The room was a fair size and a wonderful confortable bed. "This was the absolute BEST stay. The staff was incredible from the time we checked in. Our room was upgraded to a superior suite with an ocean view–and it was the most incredible room–bright, sweeping ocean views, treats, and a nice note from the staff. They even brought champagne once learning of our anniversary. We took advantage of the pool and sauna nearly every evening. We ate at the restaurant 3/4 nights and the food is UNMATCHED. By the end, the chef recognized us and remembered our orders. We even took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. The walk to old town is perfect. It's right along the coast and only takes about 10-15 minutes. If the walk back up is intimidating you can easily hop on the number 4 bus and will be dropped right in front of the hotel. Again, AMAZING stay. Best staff. Best accommodations. Best food. Leaving feeling relaxed. "

"It is a beautiful building that was once a grand bank. It has great amenities, including a cocktail bar in the former vault, and a pool and spa. Very lovely, friendly staff too. A few properties nearby are undergoing renovation, but don't let that put you off.Some local cafes for breakfast just outside and the 'old town' is minutes away."
