「Overall, our experience was good, and the service was pleasant. However, we did encounter a few issues. When we arrived for check-in, there was no one at the front desk. Despite knocking and calling out, no one responded. We ended up waiting at least 25 minutes until we finally discovered and pressed a poorly marked button, which then brought someone out. Additionally, the pool appears to need maintenance, as it looks somewhat neglected. The dock area is lovely, but it would have been much...
