"We arrived a little early and they were happy to let us in. Our room was upgraded without asking for it. We got the penthouse suite! It was beautiful and huge. Amazing bathtub and walk in shower. "The staff were so friendly and helpful, big thank you to Gina on reception, she was so kind and allowed me to check in early and check out late, with no issues. The room is not a room it is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment and had a full working kitchen, with cooking utensils and a full size fridge. cannot recommend this place enough. fantastic hotel"
