「very good ocean view hotel and pretty nice hostess, i really enjoy that even though i just lived one night」

「Overall the location is great and so is the beach. It’s also safe and has security. The condo is in need of an update and the second bathroom smells of the sewer. I’m not picky but this place needs everything replaced. They also were doing construction and it was super loud and messy. Really they should not have rented during construction. The ocean view is great but you do look over 2 roof tops. If your not picky about you accommodations and just want a great location and beach this place is...

「Overall property is nice. There is huge pool and quite nice beach. Room looks like on the picture, nothing more and nothing less. The bathroom wasnt clean well, there was hairs around the floor also the water pressure is extremely low and the shower barely dripped. Takes you forever to take shower. Communication with host could better on how to check in/out. We LOVED the view from balkony! 」

「The person on the front desk said, you’re booking is a fake, and I had to be on the phone with Expedia over the hour, they couldn’t understand how come it’s fake, if everything is good. When we came back to the property, and started to argue, whey found my reservation. 」

「这是史上住过的最糟糕的一次酒店，性价特别低。首先别说名字和expedia不一样，而且第二天游泳池停掉，第三天竟然一早断电，但是酒店竟然不同意我们免费退房，我打电话给expedie，客服打电话给酒店协商，但是酒店经理不同意退房钱，只同意退定金。另外打扫，说是第三天给我们免费打扫，拖到第四天才给我打扫，而且所谓的打扫只是给我们换了床套而已，满个房间都是沙子。服务态度非常差，expedia的客服反而还未了协商失败而给我道歉，而酒店、从来没有一句道歉。怪我自己倒霉吧！大家要看清楚别再住这个黑店了」

「The Penthouse was FABULOUS! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, the rooms were lovely, the views were incomparable and the rooftop deck was next level! My friends and I were impressed with the staff (shoutout to Francisco) who were very responsive. I would come back in a heartbeat! 」
