「Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture.」

「The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again」

「Good communication from the hotel allowing us to find the hotel easily with our satnav. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite by the very friendly staff. The suite itself was modern, comfortable and clean with TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. A small patio area allowed us to catch some sun before going out for our evening meal. Overall I would highly recommend this hidden gem in the back streets of Herakleion.」

「The apartment was spacious, with a very comfy bed, nice hot shower, and handy kitchenette (especially the coffee machine). A kettle but no microwave, but plenty of food places around so it wasn’t missed at all. However the standout was the communication. I had a number of questions (the existing information was great, I just had a few extra things to ask) and they were always really easy to get hold of and really clear and helpful with any questions. Highly recommended.」

「2 beds and 2 bath with a large living room with big sofas. Only missing a washing machine. Laundry was mentioned on Expedia but it was actually not there. A few design issues such 2TVs were too close with each other so one remote starts 2 TVs. We arrived at 7AM the hotel gave us access code to the entrance to store our luggage which is nice. No clear instruction on garbage disposal. 」
