「距離Apollo bay很近，酒店在山坡上，前台會把鑰匙留在接待中心的門口，風景很好，唯一的問題是臥室沒有空調，只有客廳有一台，所以冬天睡覺會有些冷，壁爐的通風管道會被大風吹的撞擊聲非常吵，影響休息，酒店的整體條件還是非常不錯的」

「訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！」

「The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking. 」

「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great.
