Hotel was very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just a couple of things to keep in mind prior to booking is overnight parking costs and resort fees because it was an additional cost of $200+ for the two nights we stayed and take pictures of minibar because we were charged for candy we did not take.

Breakfast convenient and tasty but not free — $15/day not enough to cover breakfast. We paid $30 amenity fee, plus tax, per day, for breakfast allowance and 1 daily margarita. We liked the hotel — room, lobby, vibe, Rainey Street and river nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
