I would not recommend this accommodation. It is not worth the $$ and you will be terribly disappointed in what you get for the rate they charge! Place was very dirty, run down, and completely NOT what they advertise on their website.

Absolutely filthy, mildew on bathroom flooring, grouting on shower tiles and under shower seat. Light missing in bathroom. Bedside draws rotten, falling apart . Room smelt musty. Tea/coffee facilities disgusting, 3 odd cups, no teaspoons, a few sachets thrown on a tray. I was cold, no spare blanket, no coathanger nor iron

Unfortunately, an unprofessional staff at night woke us up at about 1am, yelling to open the door, we are in the wrong room. We locked the door with a wire hanger and refused to open the door, we were so scared. He should have put the new customer in another room cause the motel had more open rooms before dealing with us…. We ended up calling 911 because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable….

This was the worst place ever. No amenities that were functional. Filthy and no trash can. Door handle was loose. They should refund us our night stsy

I like that they have vending machines in the reception so even when you check in late, you can still get some snacks and drinks. The staff are also very helpful and quite welcoming.

This property is falling apart...floor in hallway dips away where damage has occurred and also in corners of the room where water damage has previously been. Sliding door to the outside area couldn't lock so couldn't leave valuables in the room. Also food items were left in the fridge from previous guest and the soap dispensers were empty. Only one teaspoon available that was still dirty. If only one of these issues was present it could be forgiven but house-keeping seemed non existent and really poor maintenance schedule. Surely this place should not have an operating license moving forward! Don't normally complain about accommodation as Ive stayed in many all over the world but man this was pretty sub-standard!

The bed was great, clean and comfy. Shower ok but no shampoo OR soap left in either container. Ranch slider was very difficult to open or close, off tracks. Needed a teaspoon to stir coffee. Room did the job fine for an overnight needed last minute for just me.

Not a very nice stay,noisy with cars coming & going. broken tap & hanging off the wash basin sink no soap,no smoke alarm in the bedroom area,no air conditioning,in bedroom,broken window latches, ,unmanned office, we had to go next door to Gateway to get info & & restaurant food in Gateway terrible.We ordered a Lamb Korma & Naan Bread. What a joke our Koma's was swimming in liquid & the Naan bread was 2 pieces of warm pita bread.I could go on but I won't. We would never stay there again.

Disgusting I would not wash my dog in the shower. Toilet equally disgusting. No window in room. Dodgy lock. Stained linen. Kitchen not fit to prepare food and no cutlery or crockery available if you were brave enough to do so. No TV. Stained carpets, wires hanging out walls, holes in the walls. Do not understand how this place is in business
