1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in.
2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not up to a professional standard and services of a Five Star Hotel at all!!!
3) We let the staff come in to check the equipment, however she did not provide any reasons for her behavior and even no expression of "thank you" or "sorry for inconvenience caused" to us upon leaving. What a poor service and attitude as a Five Star Hotel, no training at all?
