「Room was clean and comfortable, hot water was scarce though. Breakfast was ok, have had better. Waffles were really good, eggs & sausage were just ok. No pastries or muffins. 」

「In the lobby, the coffee was cold and almost non existant, on the way out just after breakfast, there was absolutely no coffee, 3 empty carafes and the employee was on her cell phone and not too worried about customer service. Water pressure was very low and not really good for a shower, lots of hot water but no pressure.」

「Our stay was a weekend getaway. Love staying there, location is everything if you want shopping, restaurants, etc. We came up for the Home Show which is very close to the hotel. Our bathroom needed a little care, but other than that, it was great. We always enjoy the Redwood Grill for breakfast and our waitress was great.」
