Was meeting friends who were also staying at the hotel on the 22nd floor. Upon check-in, I asked if we could be near them on that particular floor or close to it. I was told I couldn't go beyond the 12th floor because I didn’t book the "city view". I asked the reception agent to check my booking because I did infact book the city view. She checks and proceeds to tell me that, while I did book the city view, I didnt book the "city, city view". What does that even mean? Too tired to go back and forth about it, I take the 12th floor room. I get to the room and there's a foul smell and stains on my bed spread. The lady at the front desk ( I think her name was Jamie) she was a trainee but very accommodating, she put us in another room. We get there, and the shower floor is dirty and hair is on the floor. I expected better, for the price they charge.
