Very clean and cozy room with warm heat. Lots of hot water in shower, no tub to step into. Owner operators care for the place well and they are friendly folks

Property was very clean and safe. The owner and staff very kind and friendly. However what I didn't like was very strong scent of air freshner when I moved in. I had to open windws, door and run the celing fan for longer time to get rid of the smell. Somebody can be alergic for different air fresheners The price was very high $195 with taxes per night.

This is good. You should delist Bel-Air motel in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Inform the health dept to shut them down. Very very very bad in Bel-Air motel

More important than I realized, the shampoo, conditioner and soap bar were really nice. And the room was well appointed wth mini fridge that had a freezer shelf and a microwave!

Awesome little motel! I’ll be recommending to my friends and family. Would definitely stay again. It has a kitchenette but no dishes or cutlery so bring some along if needed! Beds, pillow and shower were excellent.

The room was decent and clean. The air conditioner was old, loud and making noise. Disturbing. The shower went from a set temperature showering to suddenly boiling hot making me scream. The beds were not that comfortable we felt and I didn’t like the microfibre sheets. They dont feel good against the skin.The room had a strong scent of something which was a bit overwhelming. Some fragrance smell. Overall the room was clean, nice sitting area outside. Fairly quiet.

Great convenient location where you can easily access getting to other locations on the island to visit sites. Great locally run business. Easy to deal with very satisfied with the booking. Wish we could have stayed longer due to the convenience.

Room was fine. Staff was terrible. I went to the office for ice at 7:55pm and was yelled at saying “NO! The office closes at 8:00pm. Go to the convenience store and buy ice but the store will be closed too.” No sign on the door saying when the office closes and nothing on the website.
