「A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. Also, the hotel is located pretty close to the train station if you are interested in going to other tourist places like Sintra or Cascais. 「The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating...
