「I loved the cleanliness of the resort until it was time to check out. There were these fees that were in my opinion ridiculous and I wasn't aware of them until after checking out and receiving my bill. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!」

The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay (paper towels, coffee machine, washer/dryer, fridge, etc.) The concierge - especially Marty - was so helpful and responsive. The coffee at the on-site cafe was the best in town, too!」

「The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed.」

「Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place! 」
