「Extremely icy driveway and walkway. Was dark and not lit the best. The shower head flew off the shower too. They had said they’d send maintenance for that and the walkways but didn’t. The place was absolutely beautiful. The room and bed were fantastic. I would still go again」

「I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future.」

「we booked thisnstay last minute, got the last room available. There was a hockey team of little kids and you would have never thought they were there while you were in your room. Very quiet, very clean and everyone was super friendly 」

「I loved the staff and how they care to help me when I needed it. My fireplace wasn’t working after it was a hour ago after swimming and there was no maintenance on but she called maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to help and fixed it. I love this hotel it’s my number one favorite. Great balcony great everything. : )」

「We had a great time, with a warm room, nice whirlpool tub, good shower and sauna. I also liked the breakfast. But the only major thing that bothered us was kids running around in the lobby after 10 pm, and neither the hotel staff nor the kids' parents were doing anything about it. This was extremely annoying. Also, I wish we had known in advance that you have to call to get a room with a whirlpool tub: they told us this only when we checked out.....they said it wasn't possible to do online (not...
