「The customer service is bad」

「Lovely bedding, beautiful bathroom, very well equipped. However there was a lot of noise from exposed pipes on the ceiling, and some noise from other people nearby. If it had better sound insulation I would definitely stay again. 」

「This is the 2nd time we stayed at Kasa properties. Nice,clean, easy checking in/out. Perfect location」

「Hotel was so nice, cute and easy to get into without needing to park your car. My only issue is zero parking besides paying for 3 hours max for $7.50 on street in front of hotel which was a chore finding a spot. Having to walk 1-2 miles for parking which was 20-40 a night Is just not any fun. Otherwise this was such a great place to stay. 」

「Great location and convenient check in/out. Plenty of space but thin walls. A full length mirror anywhere would have been nice, and the couch is terrible. Very awkward and uncomfortable. But overall a good stay」

「I was in the mood to walk, so I put on my sneakers and did just that. The property is a little off the beaten track, and I was not that impressed with Greek Town, but I would stay again because the property itself was quite nice. 」
