"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. "a great onsen place with lots to offer. Many different types of onsen as well. Love the experience. Will come back for sure. The only thing you have to watch out for is. Take the shuttle bus and try not to walk up the really steep hill to the hotel. It is definitely some cardio exercise. But, if you take the shuttle bus, which is very convenient, you will save yourself some harsh exercise. "
