「Front desk was nice experience, Maurizio made this place bearable. As far as amenities, we were given portable electric heater which helped, else the gas heating smelled gas and wasn’t on, we had to call Maurizio to turn it on (later we turned it off due to its smell)」

「Great activities. Staff super friendly particularly Carolina and Carlos. The activity staff was excellent and never not something to do. Easy to meet people. I stayed in a single room which was excellent but others enjoyed their dorm rooms. The resident DJs are excellent and there is music . The pools and decks were another bonus and last but not least the two resident lobby cats Taylor and Jaguar were ambassadors offering themselves for pets . San Telmo is vibrant location .
