「All was good thank you. Nice n warm n clean. The only thing we struggled a little with, was the lack of hand towels and soap in the two toilets as this was a surprise... 」

「Very enjoyable stay the hosts were very accommodating. First class breakfast. The whole place was so clean but not uncomfortable or clinical. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Would stay again. One minor criticism the room was terribly hot, but otherwise a brilliant find. 」

「Amazing place, when I arrived at the reception it was old fashioned but when the Lady took me around to the rooms I was really in the 20th century. The security locks used were impressive. I felt safe already. The room was so clean, neat, refreshing I can just go on. I use hotels around the country this was my favourite.」

「Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. 「This is a very old property with some low ceilings. The pub and restaurant seems to be very popular. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The slopping floors make for some fun walks! Ideal for our requirements whilst visiting family and I would certainly come again.」

「Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...
