「Very poor check in experience, no indications to get the keys, which we had to collect from a different place (nothing to do with the name of the place on our booking), before going to another place again to find the appartement, by ourselves. 40min altogether walking around the city with kids 」

「Realmente tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, unos días antes hice unas consultas con el hotel u fueron súper amables y muy serviciales con sus respuestas, el desayuno estaba bueno, y tienen taquillas gratis para guardar los equipos de ski, pero no tiene calefacción dentro de la casilla.」

「Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental...

「The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)」

「Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas....
