「Great value, very nice room and room service, handy location, although would be good if you could rent a motorbike. Air conditioning in room was great, though the rest of the hotel is very hot but not a big deal given they are obviously saving energy.」

「Had a fantastic four days here, the steep windy concrete road is worth takling as the views from the detached rooms are incredible, the bar and restauarant are open all the day and serve great food and drinks at a good price. The staff are truly wonderful and made us feel welcome. 6 mins away is a local port that does good value island trips, including James Bond Island. Definately recommended and will come back some time soon.」

First of all we have to give major gratitude to Soisuda, who we affectionately nicknamed “Auntie” because she always made sure we had everything we needed, cooked amazing breakfasts, and set up one of the most phenomenal tours we have ever been on. 「Wonderful 5 day stay at Purana for our honeymoon. The people who staff the resort are so very friendly and helpful. A highlight was the boat trip to Kong Island and also riding around the island in the resort’s Honda scooter with sidecar. 」

「A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good.」
