「This hotel is not the place it used to be. I have stayed here since it opened in 2016 and it has declined. Certain members of staff are also very abrupt like they don’t want to be there and that everything is a hassle for them. The cleanliness in the rooms has also declined unfortunately. Extremely disappointing.」

「Had a great time celebrating a family gathering. Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were good. Loved the games room which kept everyone amused. Hotel is starting to date in parts and could potentially have a freshen up. Corridors were chilly and frayed stair carpets. Overall a great stay and would recommend it. 」

「The owners (or managers) were very friendly and helpful, from the phone call they made to address parking, to the greeting on arrival. We had one of the "Motel" rooms at the back, which was a lovely, clean, modern room, with all the mod cons. We had lunch there, which was great, and a couple of drinks in the evening - very nice choice of beers」

「Lovely b&b, ample parking & early check in, not usually available but always nice. Clean, tidy and well equipped en-suite room. Very tasty traditional breakfast served by helpful & friendly staff. Top location, less than 10minute walk to central Leamington high streets which hosts plenty of quaint shops, a variety of bars and so many tasty looking eating establishments, definitely something for everyone! Would most certainly stay again!」
