「It is located in central Napa. Hotel staff upgraded room for us and we are very appreciated.」

「Always a good stay at Hotel Napa Valley! Runi is a wonderful host. The last few times we've stayed here we've stayed in Cottage #456. The only suggestions I have is that some maintenance needs to be done in those rooms with more attention to detail. For example, the bathroom in Rm 4 has a missing wall shelf with broken brackets still in the wall and should be repainted because there are different shades of green painted over each other on the walls; the toilet paper bracket needs replacing...

「The host is very friendly. Place is very clean, and is of Victorian style decoration. Breakfasts are delicious. Location is great. The room I stayed the first night missed a window lock, so one window couldn't be locked. The overhead lights weren't functioning, so the room isn't super bright after dark. 「the hotel locates in downtown of Napa town, walks 10-15 minutes to downtown-1st street; the receiptionist is a very gentle lady, and facility is terrific, it is a very cozy and comfortable B&B Inn; of course, the price is little expensive, due to the location and service it provides, but it worth it」

「My husband and I stayed for the weekend and loved everything about the B n B. The place was exceptionally clean, staff went above and beyond for hospitality, and we loved that the room had a tub and fireplace. We will definitely be returning in the future. 」

「Interesting place. Was very clean and modern. Found it odd to have a bathtub you can’t have a bath in, as there is no spout to fill it. There are lights, lots of lights. Even extra switches that don’t do anything, probably for more future lights. The only thing I couldn’t do in this room is have a bath in the dark. Honestly, great value, would stay again, only complaint was they advertised a hot tub, and it wasn’t accessible. Did I mention the lights?」

「Very clean and nice location if u want to travel in Napa, this hotel is close to everywhere in Napa. The outside of the hotel may look old, but the room is clean and very modern. It’s going to impress you when you step in. 5 out of 5 to me. Going to book it again when I next travel in Napa!」
