「Friendly service 」

「Spent 3 nights here, all staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, great shower, so appreciated they carried almond milk for breakfast!」

「The rooms were super clean, and spacious, great fridge, microwave. The beds were comfortable however there were no blankets or bed spreads, just a couple of sheets so we didnt like that. No trash bin except in bathroom and no stir sticks for coffee. Superficial cosmetic things such as decals missing from the headboard and chips out of the bathtub, but for the money it was outstanding. There were also no elevators so it was difficult for me to navigate the stairs . Some pictures on the walls...

「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face.
