「This very pretty budget option is a hidden gem. The greenery at the property and the warm lighting gives this cosy vibes. Basic amenities like AC, a clean bathroom and a TV were available. Most importantly, travelling as a solo female, I never felt unsafe. It's a stone's throw away from the beach. I liked it so much here that I decided to extend my stay here by a day. 「The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.」

「The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience. This property needs an overhaul and better support staff. 」

「Arrivé sur place, nous avons appris par la direction leur annulation de dernière minute sur le site et ensuite m demande d'argent supplémentaire pour nous louer une chambre 」

「To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!」

「The property distance from address given in advert. 51 LB road is 42k away! Had so many lies told me at this property it was unreal, i hadn't paid and had to pay again. They have 2 hotels both exactly the same at 2 locations that's why photos are the same. The hotel was completely booked the next day, which it wasn't as i booked again then to be told i could only have a different room at 3x money, i had to pay it as was so tired after arguing the day before and 42k in India can take 2 hours in...
