"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."

En revanche, on a eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre car il s'est avéré que leur box était HS, pas possibilités de faire les CB, (caution et paiement), et on n'a pas pu du tout joindre l'établissement pour préparer notre arrivée, et cela nous a valu des sueurs froides, car on ne savait pas comment récupérer les clefs -, sachant que c'était un dimanche . "I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...
