「Is a old hotel, to expensive for the conditions of the rooms」

「I have been traveling through latin America for 3 months and have stayed in many economy type hotels but this one is by far the worst. First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic. The room i was in had windows facing the hallway and did not close at the top which made the noise from the street unbearable. On a positive note, the AC worked well and...

「Staff were wonderfully helpful. I asked to switch rooms because of street noise and staff came up with a quiet alternative. Parking in a secure lot was also provided upon request. Enjoyed a quiet made to order breakfast.」
