「We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The sound-proof of room was ok, not so good though. Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 parking spaces behind the hotel. I have been told that I either pay extra charge to park my car in the hotel's garage or park on the street. 「Unser Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie man es gewünscht hätte. Das Zimmer meiner Tochter war voll mit Spinnweben und nicht gesaugt, trotz Reklamieren wurde es nur teilweise gesäubert. Schade, hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Das Personal zum Frühstück war Klasse, trotz überfülltem Restaurant sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert, danke dafür!」

「The hotel rooms are very very worn out and old, no service by the hotel staff at all. Make note there is no luggage assistance so when you travel with many luggages or with elderlies, do not stay here.」

「Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.」
