「房間寬敞早餐好吃, 離柯爾瑪主要景點也都是步行可達! 最大缺點就是服務和溝通, 明明是訂兩張床但進房後卻是一張大床, 還得再跟櫃台反應... 飯店停車位也有限, 訂房時有註明需要停車位, 但入住時卻說停車位都預約滿了, 因為沒收到他們確認回覆所以就不算預約成功, 令人傻眼...」

「The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. 「It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. 「Near the city center. By foot it takes less than 10 minutes. There’s a supermarket across the street. We bought something simple to prepare for breakfast and dinner. The apartment was clean, enough for 4 people. The only point was that the code for entrance of parking didn’t work and we were blocked inside the parking. Luckily some one with remote control opened the door and we could go out.」

Convenient and comfortable hotel

"This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)"

Good location but poor equipment
