From the small red door to come in, to taking my shoes off inside, the classical music playing on entrance, the beautiful fireplace and welcome area, the suit of armour, the staircase, the 4 poster bed, the free standing bath...I could go on and on but this is possibly my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in. 「We arrived at 16.30 checkin was quick and i went to the room my husband went to make a reservation for dinner.The room was very tastefully decorated but no heating on,as it was Febuary it would have been nice to walk into a warm room.We were only able to book for 21.00 which was far too late when we had lunch at 13.00.We were not able to order our choice on the menu as they had sold out sausage and mash and fish and chips nothing special maybe defrost a few more. W 」
