「I like the hotel clean, but don't like the hotel Wi-Fi link, very bad」

「We love the pool area especially for the children , water is clean and well kept area. It’s a cozy atmosphere there . 」

「Helpful at the front desk even tho we arrived 1am. Room clean and cool. Like the dog friendly policy. It does need to be modernized though. Convenient to all in a calm landscape. 」

「We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. We were up & on the road early, so that may have factored into this issue. We would give this location another try.」

「Property was in a small town so not many amenities around Cooperstown especially in ten winter. 」

「Nice for an overnight while traveling. I wouldn't want to stay there long term. Breakfast is Jimmy Dean pre-packaged sandwiches which aren't bad. Staff were friendly. Have to look hard for the entrance.」

「Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.」

「This is a low-end motel. There is incessant traffic noise from the highway. The only nearby eating establishment is Star Cafe, a typical greasy spoon with minimal fare. The only saving graces are the adjacent laundromat and the price. There is also a minimart by the gas station for survival needs. 」
