「Reception is closed on nights and weekends. could not get into the hotel with code which i never received via email. had to wait for someone to come through the doors. eventually someone came that spoke english to let us in and texted the hotel to get a code for the door and room number. a couple hours later another customer had the same issues with email and room number. near the main christmas market, so was loud through the night. room was great, though. 」
