「Nice and comfortable, room.clean, bed comfortable Although there are limitless bottled water for the conference event, there were not a single bottled water in the room for the entire 4 nights. Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters. Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix Other than that, this is a good stay 」

「Ein absolut süßes kleines Hotel mit Stil und sehr gepflegt. Mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen gibt die Unterkunft einem einen ruhigen, komfortablen Rückzugsort. Die Betten sind bequem die Zimmer stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal fehlt hier auch nicht. They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "
