Check-in took about 20 minutes because the property hadn't processed an Expedia reservation before and staff wanted me to pay, though I paid online. Then, the room thermostat was broken and after waiting approximately 20 minutes for a technician at 9:30 at night, I changed rooms. In the morning, there was no hot water and I needed to leave for a flight so I didn't bring this to staff. I will say the staff was very professional in dealing with the various issues, but I don't think I would stay here again.
