「Property was always clean, they cleaned the room twice a day and the mini fridge was always stocked. Food was great. Lots of options. Entertainment staff were fun and engaging. Transportation to and from the resort was easy with Lomas. Did wish they did the on site xenote tours more than twice a week because we were unable to attend due to trip arrival and departures. 」

「Very nice, new apartment with a good location between the airport and beaches. There is a restaurant and convenience store (not shown on Google Maps) just a block away on a street with very little traffic. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have excellent water pressure and temperature control. The rooftop pool has a great view of the sunset. The 24 front desk people are very nice and welcoming. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. We also had the amazing experience of feeding...
