"The front desk staff was great, very helpful, kind, and informative. The outside is a bit run down, but inside the common space is well put together. The restaurant was rarely open and I don't think I saw a bartender at the bar during our stay. It is far from most attractions, about an hour walk to la Rambla, and its hard to wave down a taxi. If you're using the public bus systems, there is a stop outside of the hotel. "

"Great hotel, we'll located for exploring the city. We stayed in the Duquessa Suites which have a kitchenette and was great for a family of four - the room was big with a separate bedroom for the adults and single beds for the kids. The only downside is the noise from the road from our room - solved by ear plugs which we always take just in case!"

"We loved that you could check in and check out online to save waiting in the queues. The room was triple townhouse divided into two separate sleeping areas so perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great, we enjoyed our stay. "
