「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. 「Le personnel est très attentionné et fait tout son possible pour que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit une réussite, dans un cadre idyllique et relaxant. 「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. 「Lattiat ilmeisesti pyyhittiin päivittäin ja siihen jäi hiekkaa, jossa ei ollut mukava kävellä ilman kenkiä. Mielestämme lattiat olisi pitänyt imuroida. Makuuhuoneen oikean puoleinen sänky natisi ja liikkui paikoiltaan. Ilmeisesti jalat olivat löystyneet. Keittiössä olisi saanut olla parempi valaistus.」

"Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars for it! Amazing stay"
