「Front desk staff was excellent. Someone is always there 24 hours. They greet you with a hello and a smile. The facility is quiet, very clean, meets all your expectations. 「I loved this building, it has retained is beauty and feels like walking into history. For those reviews criticizing the older style carpets and lack of updates; I say hogwash! Stay somewhere else. There are lots of options close by. The staff at the Emily Morgan so attentive and ready to serve a guest with what ever they require to make their stay comfortable.
