When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. 「The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning」

「Hotel e experiência excelente mas tem alguns pontos a melhorar, como por ex pegamos sistema meia pensão e quando fomos jantar não podia escolher o prato pois so 1 era incluído!! Que era frango, qualquer outro teria que pagar água normal cobraram tbm!! Sobremesa também não era todas incluídas ! Acho que bebida alcoólica tudo bem mas cobrar a água no jantar ? A academia é boa porém falta muitos aparelhos, estrutura excelente e funcionários sensacionais precisando de uma nova pintura, voltaria mas...

「Great villa」

「Lovely four nights spent in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the set up was ideal for our desire to chill for a few days. The only caveat we would mention was the unfortunate noise from construction alongside the hotel, but that is the price you sometimes have to accept in a state expanding at the pace of Dubai. This was our second visit and I would have no problems returning. Great for families too.」

「Great property, very quite, and luxurious, the staff is just super nice, and the pools are beautiful. If you have kids then you would enjoy the kids' club but it's over all a quite place. 」
