「The room was very nice. Large room with a balcony. The staff were friendly. The beach was not the best beach. Was rocky and hard to find a good spot to go in. The pool was okay. There are some restaurants close to the hotel and can walk. The free breakfast is fruit, Rice Krispies , yogurt, and bread. They do have breakfast that you can buy. No wifi. I was there for 24 hours and bought the week WiFi pass of $10 and it last about 3 hours and then had to buy more data. I just used WhatsApp,...

「The hotel’s location is great, with convenient transportation and many good restaurants within walking distance, especially with a night market right next door. However, the hotel’s facilities are quite outdated, and the cleanliness of the rooms is average. There is even a leakage issue with the ceiling. The breakfast options are limited, making the value for money quite average for the price. Not highly recommended.」

「Kristina and her staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. The back villa came with amazing views with loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the raised deck views. Bikes and kayaks were available for use and allowed us to see three turtles in the lagoon while paddling on three separate days. Loungers were also available for use on the beach. 「Beachfront. Clean small. Resort 」

「Loved our stay. Everything is there including snorkel items. Amazing kai. We have stayed aunt other places on the same strip and Moana Sands has the best sea life for snorkelling. Can’t wait to come back 」

「We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be above our expections. Communication was good and we were met onsite by the Property Manager who was lovely. A car or scooter is useful for this property as it is up a steep hillside. Overall, fantastic value for money and in a great location to explore all the area has to offer.」

「We throughly enjoyed our stay at the sanctuary, a couple of small things i would change is the music! It is on loop 1 album the whole time and food was not consistent but mostly good. Also wifi needs to be inclusive in price even if it is a small amount. Overall was our favorite place to stay! 」

「Goed: Beste locatie van Rarotonga met prachtige lagoon om te snorkelen met mooie tropische vissen en murenes. Kamers op zich prima, wat verouderd, maar wel super schoon. Slecht: Deels verouderd. Restaurant is verschrikkelijk en zeer ongezellig. Eten zeer matig en niet 4* waardig. Keuken ziet er niet schoon uit ook. 「Paul & his team are amazing hosts. The Black Pearl is a lovely place to stay without the hustle and bustle of a big complex. Everything is available from a washing machine, BBQ & reef shoes. The beach is a 30 second walk accross the road and there is a restaurant and garage right next door for any snacks or drinks if needed. Paul can provide great recommendations for restaurants and car hire! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Raro truly on to remember!!」
