「The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.」

「L Ecrin De Mogador is an oasis of calm. A paradise where you can sit by the beautiful pool, listening to the birds and really truly relaxing. The food is delicious and the decor is outstanding. The owner, Veronica, clearly has a vision for her place and is herself a warm and welcoming hostess. On our final night, we enjoyed a traditional Moroccan couscous served in the Berber tent along with other guests. Sad to leave this paradise.」

「Beautiful lodge surroundings but limited dining options which were happily overcome by the charming and extremely helpful staff. I'd recommend staying here only if you're looking for stillness and tranquility as it's a very off the beaten path location that's at least 20 mins from the city centre of Essaouira which is very charming but quiet too.」

Me encanto la onda del lugar, cerca del mar, con taxi facil por toda la ciudad por 7-10 DH. La cuidad vale la pena quedarse un rato. Recomiendo」

「At my arrival I did smell some fresh paint, when I told the front desk about it in friendly way, I was told there is no smell, and you’re not supposed to smell it in a sarcastic way. What a great start at the front desk. Then the guy behind the desk gave the room keys to the bellman I followed him, the room was not ready. I went for a walk for few minutes without even a word. The checkout was great, very professional and with a smile. 」

「Great for the price. Clean, good location, quiet at night. There is construction next door but if you're out in the daytime it doesn't matter. WiFi is good. Good communication from the owner. We'd stay again.」
