「On Aug 26 We reserved one night through Expedia. When we arrived, we found that the hotel gate is locked with a chain and doors are locked the hotel seems closed for a while or out of business. I contacted the Expedia agent. I never get my refund back and you guys you still advertising this hotel in your website. Even contacting the owner and no answer so ever.」

「Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes.」

「Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. 」
